The indoor pool area was well-maintained, always stocked with fresh towels, which was a nice touch after a long day of exploring. Breakfast offered decent options, from pancakes to yogurt, perfect for a quick start to the day. However, the hot tub had a bit too much chlorine, causing some discomfort for my eyes. Another downside included the check-in experience. one staff member was quite strict about the pet policy, making it feel more like a reprimand than hospitality. While I appreciated the property's cleanliness and location, the staff interaction could use some improvement to make guests feel more welcome and at ease.

The accessibility to the lake is a major highlight, making it perfect for fishing or leisurely strolls. I greatly appreciated the quick and efficient check-in process, and the indoor pool setting was well-maintained, enhancing the overall relaxing environment.

The room's layout felt cramped, especially with two queen beds. Navigating around the furniture proved tricky. The room we were given initially had a view obstructed by a contractor's track and exhaust pipe, which wasn't ideal. For pet owners, being restricted to lower floors might create an inconvenience, and the need for a coffee maker in the room is certainly something to consider.
